There are Ten Shares being sold per horse.      Share cost: $1000 = 9%

Ten percent is retained by the Racing Stable.

1)     First Monthly payment is $60.00. Payable on January , 01 , 2011

2)     Expenses for first year total = $720.00 Plus any miscellaneous expenses.

3)     Second year starting January , 01 , 2012 , Monthly payments will gradually increase according to how far advanced in training your horse is.

4)     Full training (On the track ), Monthly cost is between $200.00 - $250.00. Total =$2,400.00 . Plus any miscellaneous expenses . Price depending on individual trainer.

5)     ** The second year monthly payment will gradually go up. When ? When your horse starts training on the farm. Before a horse gets to a trainer to race at the track. A horse has to get used to their equipment . Taught how to respond to a bit in their mouth . Has to be broken to ride. Gate school . Many miles of Slow galloping on our track to build up muscle and strengthen their knees .This takes time , staff , and extrawork  etc. . Every horse is treated as an individual . When they are ready to start training  , thats that’s when your increase starts . Not before .

6)     ***Miscellaneous Expenses are , but not limited to : Veterinarian , medication , vitamins ,  Farrier , Equipment , Transportation
